Only individuals and entities able to enter into legally binding agreements in Thailand may use our services. You must comply with applicable laws and not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

Clients must meet the minimum age required by Thai law to authorize notarial acts. If you act on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Services must be used for lawful purposes. We may refuse or suspend service if we suspect misuse, illegal activity, or violations of these terms.

Some services may be restricted by local rules or export controls. Access from certain jurisdictions may be limited, and clients are responsible for complying with applicable local regulations.

To use certain features you may register an account. Keep account information accurate and up to date to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with identity verification requirements.

Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information. Incorrect data that affects service delivery or legal documents may delay or invalidate the requested action.

Protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We will not be liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials where you have not followed security recommendations.

Accounts and login credentials are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing with lawproio.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@lawproio.pro or +66985236950 so we can take steps to secure your information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or are involved in unlawful activities.

lawproio provides notarial acts, document certification, translation coordination, and advisory support related to notarization and document authentication. Deliverables depend on the specific package chosen and local legal requirements.

We may modify services or features to reflect legal updates, operational needs, or to improve offerings. Clients will be informed of material changes that affect booked services.

Service availability is subject to office hours, public holidays, and staffing. Appointments booked in advance minimize delays. We strive to accommodate urgent requests when feasible.

Clients must interact respectfully and provide necessary documentation for notarial acts. The following rules apply when engaging with lawproio:

• Provide valid identification and any required supporting documents prior to appointment.
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments or notify us in advance to reschedule.
• Do not submit forged, fraudulent, or altered documents for notarization.
• Comply with instructions given by notarial staff regarding document presentation and signature procedures.
• Respect staff and other clients; abusive or threatening behavior may lead to refusal of service.
• Pay applicable fees as quoted; fees unpaid at the time of service may result in suspension or refusal.
• Provide accurate contact details for follow-up and record-keeping purposes.

You remain the owner of documents and content you provide to lawproio for notarization or processing. We process and store such materials solely to perform the agreed services.

Submitting documents for notarial services does not transfer ownership. We may retain copies as required by law or for record-keeping and audit purposes.

By providing documents and materials, you grant lawproio a limited, non-exclusive license to use and store them as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and defend against claims.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents submitted. lawproio is not responsible for content that is unlawful or that fails to meet the requirements of third-party authorities.

Requests to remove documents will be considered where retention is not required by law or service obligations. Some records must be retained for regulatory or audit reasons.

All site content, graphics, and service materials on lawproio.pro are protected by intellectual property rights held by lawproio or licensed third parties. You may use materials only for permitted purposes described in these terms.

• Do not reproduce or distribute site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or attempt to reverse-engineer site code or processes.
• Respect activity and branding; the lawproio name and logo require prior written consent for external use.

Some lawproio services require payment of fees for notarial acts, document handling, and expedited processing. Fees are described at booking or in service confirmations.

Prices are stated in Thai Baht and may vary by document type, complexity, and urgency. Pricing information at booking reflects the expected cost but final invoices may adjust for additional work or official fees.

Payments are accepted via specified electronic methods or at our office. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm appointments. Payment instructions are included in booking confirmations.

Where subscription packages are offered, terms for billing cycles, renewal, and cancellation will be provided in the subscription agreement and on the purchase page.

Refunds for paid services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility depends on service type, work completed, and applicable expenses already incurred, such as official government fees.

Clients wishing to cancel must notify lawproio as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any administrative charges, will be communicated at booking and reflected in the service confirmation.

Applicable taxes and official fees are the responsibility of the client and will be charged in addition to service fees where required under Thai law.

We may adjust prices to reflect cost changes, legal fee updates, or service enhancements. Existing confirmed bookings will be billed at the price in the booking confirmation unless otherwise specified.

Non-payment may result in suspension of services, withholding of documents, or debt collection actions as permitted by law.

Information provided by lawproio is for facilitation of notarial and document services and does not constitute comprehensive legal advice on matters beyond the scope of the specific engagement. For complex legal issues, consult a qualified attorney.

To the extent permitted by law, lawproio's liability for direct damages arising from provision of services is limited to reasonable fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by third-party authorities.

Certain actions require interaction with third-party authorities, translators, or courier services. We coordinate these services but are not liable for their independent performance. Additional fees from third parties may apply.

lawproio may suspend or terminate service for material breach, non-payment, unlawful activity, or threats to safety and security. Clients may terminate with notice in accordance with any service-specific terms.

Upon termination, outstanding fees and expenses remain payable. We may retain records as required by law and will securely dispose of documents when retention periods expire.

Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using services you consent to processing of your data for service delivery, compliance, and legitimate business purposes described therein.

Notices may be delivered electronically or in writing to the contact details provided. Official communications regarding bookings, changes, or legal matters will be sent to the email or postal address on record.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Material modifications will be communicated via lawproio.pro and, where appropriate, by email to affected clients. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties agree that Thai law applies to interpretation and enforcement of these terms, subject to mandatory local jurisdictional rules.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to mediation or the competent Thai courts as appropriate. Clients should contact us to attempt early resolution.
